Needed our central air fixed....called Boonstra. They came within a day. (Weekend service call)Technician Jimmy was polite and went straight to work. He identified the issue quickly. Every technician that has been sent by Boonstra has been amazing, courteous, friendly and professional. My issue has been with the scheduling department. Our furnace crapped put during the coldest months of the winter and we bought the furnace/air conditioner package. They installed the furnace right away, no issues. Because it was so cold, we advised them they could have the air conditioner installation held off until it was warmer. Scheduling was supposed to call and arrange it, but six months later I hadn’t heard anything. After three phone calls I was finally able to arrange a time for installation. When the technician came, they had advised him it was an air conditioner start up. On an air conditioner that we haven’t received or had installed yet. So here I am still, no new air conditioner (that I have been paying for), and still waiting to hear when I’m going to get one. Not too happy about that.

While the initial technician was unable to rectify the problem, Boonstra has been responsive and working to complete the repair within their stated timeline. An appointment for a senior technician was made and the problem should be resolved within 24 hours. I appreciate that they are working hard to complete the repair quickly and have self-incentivized with the guarantee to provide me with $1000 if my system isn’t fixed within 24 hours (eligibility due to it’s installation being less than a year ago). My experience with Boonstra has always been positive and I am happy to recommend them if you need the services they provide.

Technician was great, I had appliances from 3 different companies, he came and checked the furnace from Boonstra to make sure there was no warranty defects, and showed me the likely issue, which was under warranty from the other equipment provider. Very appreciative of the help. I'd recommend them for any future service and will definitely use them when we replace the older units.

Andrew investigated our issues and proposed several solutions to solve the problems. Andrew is a straight shooter and his skill and experience got replacement procedures to change our 7! year old mini split ordered and installed in 4 days. Daniel and his partner did a terrific installation. They were Professionals. From the beginning of choosing what was best for my AC needs and buying a new water heater, James sat with me and discussed all the options. I had them complete a duct cleaning for me. Zakkary and Calum (hope i spelt that right) Absolutely amazing guys.. so friendly.. they brought treats for my dog. The work was efficient and the results spectacular. My house literally feels sooo much cleaner. Zakkary shared video and also showed me how much stuff was in my duct work. Its been 17 years since my last duct cleaning. Should be done every five years. If you want excellent service and superior work.. go to Boomstra!!! I'll be back in 5 years!!!

Called for emergency service about 10:30 as it looked like my thermostat was not operating (after I changed batteries). Boonstra put me on hold to find out if their service rep had a thermostat on board. Jeff arrived a couple of hours later, tested, replaced and demoed the device programs. All was well and house started warming up right away. Very very happy with the service and my rep.
